He brought rugby to where ever he was stationed and the following teams owe their start to Sean: Taiwan, Kadena Lions, Little Rock AFB. He eventually settled back in Colorado and coach/played for the Barbos before moving on to head up the coaching staff at Colorado University. His 23 years at the helm have brought CU up to be a true D1 contender.
