Memorable Events
From Skip Shackleford: Vic was retiring by the start of 2000 and was gone when I arrived into the department except for his outprocessing and all of those things that keep you busy as you shift careers from the service. I was busy as a division chief and starting to teach courses when during the first week of school my father’s unlisted phone number got a call from C1C/CIC Paula Kelly. He described a very polite young lady asking about me and rugby. I got her number and the rest is history as I got the OIC “box” to include that bill Vic notes on linen use by the team and all sorts of materials included old play books and rosters.
