Established by the Koehn family in memory of Kim (Kismet) J. Koehn ('73), who died in a training exercise in 1983 and is interned at the USAFA cemetery. This award is for the Outstanding Rugger (MVP) of the Year, an award Kim's brother, Jim ('83) earned in '82 and '83. His parents knew how much rugby meant to Jim, and they came up with the idea to support the MVP award in honor of Kim.
