Short Biography
Coach Rusert is not only the Air Force Academy women’s rugby coach, she is the Commissioner at the National Intercollegiate Rugby Association, the Palmer High School Terror Rugby coach – girls and boys, and the Junior Tigers Summer Youth Rugby director.
