We woke him up right before the game started. In the first few minutes, he caught a kick, was running it back, got tackled and separated some ribs. Went off the pitch and back to sleep in the car… |

OBTW, Saturday morning when we staggered out to play a well-rested Army team, we had only 14 players show up. At the last minute we found our fullback, Pat Hanley asleep in a car near the pitch. We woke him up right before the game started. In the first few minutes, he caught a kick, was running it back, got tackled and separated some ribs. Went off the pitch and back to sleep in the car…
